They include channel manager, scheduling synchronization with online travel agencies like Booking.com and AirBnB, accept bookings from these portals. Both enable guest communication automation (via scripts, templates, automated emails), task management (like cleaning/maintenance ), revenue analytics, occupancy and KPI monitoring. Both offer online booking via own website.

However, Hostaway (founded in 2015) is a Finnish platform that offers a comprehensive all-in-one suite, including CRM, marketing and a website builder. It offers its own dynamic pricing solution, over 200 marketplace integrations and allows to scale your business up to of properties. The service extensively uses AI tools, such as automated customer responses and content recommendations.

Lodgify (2012) is a Spanish service that emphasizes ease of use and quick setup for small private property owners without technical skills. It integrates with numerous third-party apps for dynamic pricing, check-in and guest verification, cleaning and maintenance (like Turno), as well as security systems, smart locks and keyless access. It also offers a user-friendly mobile app for managing bookings, calendars, staff and guest messaging. It's pricing is a little cheaper.
